Summary of Purchasing Terms
Payment
We require payment in full prior to the despatch of goods. Acceptable payment methods are; Telegraphic Transfer, BACS and Cash into our Bank Account. We do not accept Western Union, Letters of Credit or Cheques.
We accept payment by UK Credit Cards but will only despatch to the registered billing address. Additional credit checks may be carried out. Additional identification and our prior approval is required if the value of any cash payment exceeds £8000.00
Warranty
We offer 30 days warranty on all our products unless agreed prior to the sale. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of Invoice. A Returned Goods form must be completed and be sent with the goods. Where it is not possible to replace faulty goods a refund will be given.
Pro-forma Invoices
When a sale is agreed we will issue a Pro-forma Invoice. In the event this invoice is unpaid after 5 days we reserve the right to offer the goods for resale.
Minimum Order
Inturn trading is a wholesaler and has a minimum order value of £1000.00
Freight Conditions
All goods are supplied Ex Works
Ex Works- a transaction in which the seller's only responsibility is to make the ordered goods available to the buyer at the seller's premises. The buyer bears the cost and risk in transporting the goods from the seller's premises to destination.
